{"id":190,"date":"2018-06-12T00:11:11","date_gmt":"2018-06-12T00:11:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lp21.uk\/?page_id=190"},"modified":"2018-07-20T17:10:49","modified_gmt":"2018-07-20T17:10:49","slug":"sleep-apnoea","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/lp21.uk\/?page_id=190","title":{"rendered":"Sleep Apnoea"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1><strong>Obstructive Sleep Apnoea<\/strong><\/h1>\n<p>i was diagnosed with\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nhs.uk\/conditions\/obstructive-sleep-apnoea\/\">Obstructive Sleep Apnoea<\/a> in 2014 this was after my wife complained that my snoring was really bad, I recorded it one night, realised she was right and made an appointment with the GP.<\/p>\n<p>i was referred to the sleep clinic and following a sleep study I was diagnosed with OSA, having on average stopped breathing 23 times an hour.<\/p>\n<p>OSA is a serious condition which affects the quality of sleep you get, meaning you can be tired during the day. It is also a condition that you must declare to DVLA.
